Dear Sirs / Madams,

MY RWS Excalibre (Same as FX2000 and RWS Rapier) trigger wont cock after re-assembly.  :-[

This means the trigger wont engage and the rifle won't cock.

Any advice please?

I had the same issue years ago. I had to work the action out of the stock and put it back in a time or two and it worked. Not the best explanation but it's what I recall.
