Well, I always wanted a Sumatra 2500 carbine but never got one because I did not like the price and I had no way to fill it at the time. Yesterday I noticed that Pyramid Air has all of the Eagle Claws on sale for $145 off so I got the .25 Eagle Claw carbine. I have been waiting a long time but I am really glad to be getting it now. Yes, I know it is not the lightest, most powerful, or most accurate .25 but I love the way they look, the crossbolt safety, and the smooth lever action. It will remind me of having my old Red Rider. I loved that thing. ::) Wished it cost the same as a Red Rider. :o

Thanks guys. Well, it came today so I will clean the bore and put a scope on it. Not a very good scope but it will do until I can get an upgrade. They sure are nice looking guns. Looks like I got it just in time. After I put it away, I went online and saw that it is back to the normal price of $719.00 I paid $575.00 for it.

The Eagle Claw is on a short list of PCPs I want.  Okay, maybe not so short a list...  But I want the Eagle Claw since there's not much likelihood I'll find a Sumatra carbine for sale.  I missed this sale but soon enough I'll be getting one in .22.
