Dragon Claw 50cc "tuned" not quite doing it. Ideas appreciated
mr007s:
what is CAP upgrade?
South Eastern Airgunner:
Yeah, he told me the same thing about the 500 cc. Something about there being more air around the valve in the single tube. According to the stats with the RB, mine was right on, but I was under the impression (at the time) that if I went heavier, my FPE would go way up. I figured with heavier slugs it should be close to the single tube pictured on the website. However, it only went from about 250 FPE with round balls to around 290 FPE. No matter what slug I tried, I could not get over that power level.... Sorry fellas, I'm not real sure at the present time how to reply to a single post and get my reply under that post and not at the very bottom. Still trying to figure this out. Thank y'all for all the input.
South Eastern Airgunner:
CAP stands for "Constant Acceleration Pneumatics". They have a kit that doubles the power of the DC from 230 FPE to 460 FPE.

I thought they were putting Dragon Claws up to 600 FPE these days.

Has anyone asked Will Piatt what he thinks of this modification ?
