4500 PSI has always been my and I'm sure a lot of others concern. This is a great eye opener,  :o , on HPA fittings.
After reading this article I will inspect all of my fittings and replace any female fittings that do not have 6 locking balls.

Thanks.  I've been wondering about this since I bought a SCBA bottle.  My face is now much closer to the quick connect fitting when filling a gun. 

I guess that is one advantage to a foot pump, keeping your face far away from potential flailing fill hoses.

I guess I had better check the fittings on my Chinese foot pumps too!

I always wear safety glasses when filling up.
