I don't know that it's a reincarnation of anything. I have no idea where one would get parts. The sights and scope rail look very Diana and since RWS was a long time distributor of Diana products they may have been hoping to capitalize on that. It is supposedly built in the USA but that may mean assembled in the USA. I'm sure others will be along with more information.
I got one for the 150 price. I don't recommend it, even at that price.Heres a thread I did some posts in on it.https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=202504.0Things I forgot to include. The blueing is very uneven, it appears it was left to drip during that process so the bottom of the barrel has dripping down there and it can be felt as well as seen. This also isn't just a Terrus Frankenstein. It's kind of a frankenstein of the Terrus, The Varmint or Century, and some Diana parts. It runs on Diana seals, I believe the receiver is Diana, the rest being Walther. Umarex is of course awful about getting parts for it and will defer to you a parts diagram of a Diana 34 t05 model for any parts which makes zero sense. I asked about this and they said this is what they use. The stock is nice, but heavy. The rest of it, is just no. Not well finished, rough edges. Replacement parts are likely to be a no. Trigger is only 1 stage adjustable and it's heavy. Cheap plastic sights. Dis-assembly is kind of a pain. Seal replacement is viable but the spring length is significantly longer than a D34, so perhaps Walther? Not alot of aftermarket support on those.Theres a reason these things were 1 run and done and now are being fire-sealed out and still have not sold out. It was at the 180 price for some time and now the 150 price for some 8+ months if I recall. If you want other viewpoints. Just google 'rws 3400 gateway to airguns' and you'll find a few threads from 2 or so years ago when people were first figuring out what it even was.
.... As such, these 3400's, essentially sweep ups...
