I gave up on pumpers year ago, but I own several now. They're fun and accurate for sure. I doubt I'll ever be without one again.

I had essentially 0 experience with them and I got a crossman springer as a teenager and it was amazing so I dismissed pumpers but I am just getting back into the sport and got a daisy Springer and it's too heavy for my wife so I figured that was a good enough reason to try the pumper I had been reading so much about. I am hoping to get an evening after work this week with no wind to get some actual idea of the accuracy.
It works. This was my target with a 3/8" bullseye.

Now I've come back full circle and I own all them.

Be sure to read "Commonly Asked Daisy 880 questions' by Stoney at the top of the daisy gate.Lots of great tips.
Yessir, Stonykill (Tom) knew his way around an 880. I wish he was still an active member.

IMHO
Never bought a gun yet that didn’t need the bore cleaned. They come ‘dirty’ from the factory with machining/preservative gunk.
