Odd vintage Targets Old German?

I came across a few odd vintage targets and would like to know if anyone knows anything about them.
They are 4 3/8 inches square, heavy card stock paper and look to be German. The center ring is a 12 point ring. There's 2 different styles, square and diamond, but they are basically identical with the same scenes, writing, etc. Most of them have "No.5" on the bottom.
Thanks for any info you can provide,
Dan

I have forgotten a lot of German, but I think it is about a business. First 2 words are the name, then “ Distributor of toys and art supplies, “ the city of Neustadt, Germany.

Thanks for the info.
I've did searches of "Gustav Forster Targets" and didn't find much other than some other full color targets with his name on them. so, I finally did a search of just "Gustav Forster" and found his name associated with old dolls also.
I also did a translation of the script and you were right
"gustav forster sales of toys and wholesale of all kinds of goods neustadt"
Any clue to the era or specific use (Parlor Shooting ?).
Thanks,
Dan

"Förster" is a common German family-name and IMO the targets are made between 1920....late 40ies.
