They also sell offset scope mounts that may give you enough room, but it's tough unless you know how much offset you need. I have played around with measuring eye relief by just putting the scope in one ring.
Most scopes have an eye relief of 4 inches+/-. Is 4 inched enough eye relief for you?YES OR NO?-Yogi
Can remove the factory pic rail, and get a cantilever one like you, Ronfiveo linked to.
4 inches eye relief is fine. provided I can get the eyepiece within 4 inches of my eye. That's the issue for me. Very difficult for me to measure what's needed. Will try the longer Tasco scope, and consider the cantilever pic rail. Can remove the factory pic rail, and get a cantilever one like you, Ronfiveo linked to. I'd like to keep the scope as close over the bore as I can.The variability of 3-9X versus 4X fixed I suppose I'll come to be pleased with.I appreciate all the questions, suggestions and observations folks.
