I have been happy with the way my shipments have been packaged. What I have not been happy with is the root cause of all of our split shipments: poor inventory levels. Except for the top sellers it is a "just in time" inventory strategy...or worse: You order it from us, and once we know we have it sold we will order it into inventory. And about backorders on pellets...for God's sakes, you are in the pellet gun business. MAKE SURE that you have 99% of all pellets IN STOCK!!! This just drives me up the wall. And one more thing: CHARGE ME FREIGHT? $150 minimum to get freight paid? I am an Amazon Prime member. I don't pay freight. I get my stuff in two days, sometimes overnight. Freight free. Thankfully, this is the new normal to which we have become accustom, and against which you must compete to keep our business. Understand that you are in business, not me. Freight is a chicken that you are going to have to pluck, not me. Pyramid Air, know that Amazon will correct its packaging. More than $0.47 of every online dollar is spent there, and free freight (along with in-stock inventory) is a big reason why. When Amazon finally decides that it wants to get its airgun sh!8t in one sock and they start selling what you do, you are toast. Stop splitting our orders, and stop charging freight now if you want to have any customer loyalty when they do.
