The stock regulator is already not putting out the advertised velocity, I suspect that backing off the setpoint probably lessens the output of the regulator even more, dropping the velocity even lower...

Although , the pre orders were really cheapI think my buddies pre order was 300.00 at AGD he unded up getting it from Sportmans Guide today but I think he said 270.00. Maybe members get it for 242.00.

Yahoo I received my .22 Gauntlet from Sportsmans Guide today but wouldn't ya know it was shipped with a .177 magazine. Just my luck.
Gun is .22. Got ahold of Sportsmans but they don't have any magazines and told me to contact Umarex but Umarex is closed until Monday. I sent Umarex an email then looked on there web site and it shows that they are out of stock, so who knows how long the wait will be now.

MidwayUSA has them for $9.99 each. I ordered 2, they should be here next week. The eBay listing above would be cheaper because they ship for free, but it appears they are out of them. Shipping at MidwayUSA is $4.99. Amazon wants $14.60 each for the .22 Marauder mags and $15.00 each for the Umarex .22 mags if you get the Prime Shipping.
Shot mine today at 25 yards for 50 rounds. Pleasantly surprised, a few things are needing attention, but nothing major. Got a few vids coming out, one is posted on my channel for the unboxing and setup. Still editing the 25 yard footage..
Nice video, if you find a way to loosen the tight bolt maybe put that on a future video, thanks! The laser sight is cool but I just put my gun in a rest take a few shots. if the shot is high right 2 inches I turn the turrets while looking through the scope and put the cross hairs were the pellet hole is. If you don't move the gun at all during this it will be right on. But even if you jiggle the gun a little its usually close and a few more shots its right on the money.

Thanks Bob...vids are kinda rough, hopefully will get better. Agree the bore sighting laser is not needed in most instances. Just hadn't used it in a while...glad I did because the batteries were starting to corrode. It is useful when I want to sight in my big bores for a scope change (or new gun ), I can sight it in with fewer shots...neighbors are happier
