The screws are all metric on the RWS rifles. 5mm with a 0.8mm thread pitch. 10mm long should work.
If you have the other screw available, Take it with you to an ACE, Tru Valu, or most big box stores. ACE seems to have the best selection near me. They have an assortment of metric screws there.
I replaced the Phillips head versions on my RWS 54 with Allen heads. Not a problem to get and about $5 for 4..

I replaced this screw on my old (2000 model) Diana 34 with an Allen head flat top screw from Tacoma Screw when the Phillips part stripped out. Unfortunately the head on the newer screw is a larger diameter - Diana uses a special screw with a smaller than normal head and longer unthreaded shank.
I was going turn the head down a bit but haven't gotten around to it yet. You know how scarce those round tuits are.

The stock screws on the 48-54 series have plenty of room in the stock holes. There shouldn't be any problem using the stock metric screws.
Round Tuit are also one size fits all. I have several laying around here some where.. Just haven't got around to it to think the missing count tuits.
