soak the breasts in Italian dressing for at least 3 hours.
In a glass dish, covered with saran wrap is best.
Then take a pan and line with tinfoil.
Rub butter all on the bottom of the pan.
Take a piece of thick sliced hickory smoked bacon and wrap around each breast.
Insert a wooden toothpick to hold the bacon secure.
Place in the pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Check ever so often to make sure their not burning.
Serve with baked beans, tater salad and homemade yeast rolls!!!!!!!
Yum Yum.
Thanks
Ray

I never use the salad dressing on nothing but salad. (I) just dont like how it tastes as a marinade. But I do a similar variation of your recipe. I filet the breasts off the bone and butterfly cut them. Then I season them up with Tony Cachere's original creole seasoning. Place a big slice of nacho style jalapeno pepper and a glob of cream cheese and maybe a piece of onion and or bellpepper in each breast. Fold or roll it shut and wrap it with a piece of bacon and secure with a tooth pick. Put a bunch of them on tin foil and fold ends up and shut so the steam aids in the cooking. Put them on the BBQ pit but not directly over the main heat. Cook them for several minutes this way and then open the foil container so the bacon will crisp to your liking. When the bacon is done they are done. I like it.

Western French Dressing is another good base for marinades.
