Brand new 2100 plastic piston would stuffing be a option or should a new one be turned. If a new one is made should it be made adjustable or to exact size of copied one. One more brilliant question on materials what would be best. Well I think I have thought to much already this a.m. getting a head ache. Iron Hand

Stuff it, why not? You can also epoxy some hardened steel rods in it to keep it from flexing under high pressure so you can get every bit out of every pump you put in it.
