Making 'em prettier :)
«

I did a couple of pieces for my AA-s today on my mini lathe. Nothing much, but its a big deal for me
for S200 - brass fill valve cap
for S410 - first it was 12 ft/lbs .22, now its converted to FAC
and since FAC breech comes with shroud, that I dont have, I had to fill in the spot in the breech with aluminium sleeve

Nice job on the fill caps.
I like seeing the fill cap the same diameter as the air tube. I think Crosman missed the boat on that one when they designed the fill cap on the Marauder. It was one of the first things I changed on mine.

I don't know for sure other than 20 TPI. The one in the picture is made from Delrin and drilled out to take the factory cap as a press in. My experiments with internal threads on the Mini Lathe haven't been what you would call successful.
Maybe one of the experts can chime in.
