Started with 1" aluminum tube with 3/4" delrin guts and end pieces. Wrapped with carbon fiber tape.
The hardest part on a mini lathe is to get the bore size straight so it doesn't clip. Let's just say it took mor than a few attempts........
It now collects a LOT of dust!
