Gamo, if you're  listening, put Amber in charge of customer service.

I needed another butt pad for my brand-new CFX.  Let's just say it was a freak accident.
Amber was tenacious in finding a replacement, even though it's " a part we do not sell.  I will need to try and find out to send out to you.".

New butt pad arrived a few days ago:  My CFX is usable again.

Replacement Airgun Parts

Airgun manufacturers should not look at the sale of parts as a way to make additional, immediate, profits.  If you break even, you're ahead of the game.  Why?  Brand Image.  Customer Loyalty.  Good Will.  --- All of which will maintain or increase sales.  Crosman is a fine example.

Make part sales part of the advertising budget.

Strange, 'Gamo' and 'customer service' are not often mentioned together, at least not in a positive light.  Maybe some Crosman influence?
