My thought still not enough air volume to get enough pressure build on the poppet, my suggestion was get a small bottle with filling setup, fill that then charge the gun 1300 cc or at lest equal amount as the guns revisor. A small compressor with a large filter might do the trick also.
Some of you have or have received a PCP airgun with zero pressure in it. And some airguns need to be cocked and shocked before taking air. By shocked I mean, a rush of high pressure air such as from a tank to get it to seal and begin holding air pressure. This is nearly impossible to do if you have a small compressor or hand pump.Maybe not anymore. Another option would be an inline valve that shouldn't be too hard to make with the proper parts. The best solution would be a device such as the EdGun EaZy fill adapter but those are expensive. The idea would be to close the inline valve and turn the compressor on or hand pump the line to 3k or whatever gets the job done. Then quickly open the valve to send the blast of air into the gun.Think it would work?

I forgot about using the shop compressor, another thought is a CO2 charge could be used in some fasshion to get a seal Something of the sort is a handy item for anyone who plans to degas a gun. I also hear guns are being shipped flat
Actually that is useful information. Any gun delivered from New England airguns that is not full should be returned immediately. It must have a leak.
Does anyone make an adapter for 12 gram co2 to a foster fitting? If it had a handle to pierce the the tube, that would be very handy. Not as environmentally friendly as pumping up a small bottle, but a quick fix to the issue.
