Dental Pick?
May be able to get a bite on them with a flat blade screw driver and turn them out
Really appreciate all the suggestions guys, I ended up going the heated screw driver route. Except I had to use it like a hot knife and cut the seals in two and THEN I was able to pick them out I had pieces of plastic everywhere and cleanout took a bit. After all that I put everything back together and wouldn't you know it, one of the hard lines has a leak. It will only get to 2000 psi. Good news is though those new hard seals work great on my broken compressor I'm going to keep fiddling with it but I've already ordered a replacement compressor. This thing has worked great and I feel they definitely live up to thier $230 price tag.
