What works for me is to turn the screw until the CO2 cartridge is just snugged up. Then I cock my wrist just as FAR to the left as I can then turn the screw clockwise so that it pierces and seats all in one turn. Sounds goofy but it works. If you pierce the cartridge then have to regrip before you have it seated you’re losing a bunch of CO2. More about the speed with which you get it seated, because the screw doesn’t need to be super tight. I assume you’re using a little silicon oil on the cartridge tip. I have the Dark Ltd as well. Really is a fun little gun. Someday I’m going to work on the trigger. It will shoot well as a single action with a little practice. You have to learn where in all that creep the point is where it’s just about to fire. Lot easier to shoot double action.
