I cast the lee buckshot mold that drops 18 shot per pour @ .365 ish. Tumbled them in a harborfreight vibratory tumbler. The Bulldog I had could seat them from the mag with the leverage provided by the side lever (barely). The steel aftermarket lever would be a must for any longevity doing that. Swaged to .356 you can single load them in the aea bolt gun (while paying attention to the bearing surface). Accuracy good for 30 yds. Cheep fodder better than nothing. If your taking the time to cast however nearly anything else would be better.

I load 000s for a .38 PB. If they're a little too big, I run them through a sizing die. It creates a flat but doesn't seem to hurt accuracy. Should work for an air rifle too.

As cheap as cast 357 bullets are from gt bullets I dont see much savings vs hassle trying round ball.

800 rounds for $38 of ballisticproducts super buckshot is hard to pass up though, under 5 cents per round.
In my situation which is shooting off hand with iron sights within 25 m or so they provide a nice break from casting.
Since I’m recovering these, one thing I have to think about is what effect adding these to my melting pot will have as they are a hard alloy.
But looking at gtbullets - some good prices there for sure… will have to order some thanks for that

All kinds of shooting is fun… I don’t care if it’s a gun, if it’s got a trigger on it it’s fun.

If looking for more affordable ammo, RMR is a new source. Below is a link that was made in the general PCP forum.
https://www.gatewaytoairguns.org/GTA/index.php?topic=204741.0
Read the above link for info, but this is the link to the .35 cal.
35 cal. (also read the description at the link)
https://www.rmrbullets.com/shop/airgun/35/35-cal-357-slap-airgun-slug-68-grains/
From RMR
RMR has been making some of the best bullets in America for several years now. Well, now RMR offers the best hollow point airgun slug you can get. We've been making these for a couple years under a different brand but are now selling them direct to customers in bulk. I've named them the SLAP slug. SLAP stands for "SLug And Pellet." They are light enough to work well through pellet barrels (not all pellet barrels. Check twist rate first) but they have the BC of a much heavier slug. Also, the massive hollow-point cavity makes an audible slap or pop sound when it hits game animals like ground-squirrels or birds. It leaves quite an impression when you hear it for the first time. They are available in .22 cal, .25 cal, .30 cal, and .35 cal.
