I haven't had time to check, but I think my c362 is a leaker as I get about 50-60 FPS less than everyone else and I'm at sea level. My piston had a nasty scratch on it above the delrin cup and I'm thinking it scored up the pump tube.

Look what else popped out of the Merger
It will be very interesting to see how yours turns out. I would be interested to see how you made your piston from the oem one. Is it an adjustable piston?
Well it was time to do the AR conversion on my C362 # 00731 I had done an overlay of the platforms and determined it could be doable. I saw only one main deterrent, and that was where the foregrip/ pump handle overlapped the trigger guard. I was able to remove the magnet, and sand where it mounted in half, and also notched out the end around the trigger guard about 3/8" deep and 3/4" wide, so all clears and functions well. The pump arm does drop loose after a shot now so will need to reinvent the magnet I opened the ports to .180 and also the valve, also cut 2 1/2 threads off the valve cap, stayed with the OE hammer spring as it was stronger than that of the 1377 I cannibalized to make this happen. I seem to have lost velocity at lower pumps, but when I go to 10 I gett a solid 700 FPS with CPHP 14.3 gr. Ended up with a gap between the fore stock and the trigger guard, but I think some black Insta-Morph will cure that. Will add more as I tinker this one out. P.S. The 13xx fore grip holes line up but the 362 metal arm is thicker or should say longer in the area where the screws would line up, so they would need a deeper grove to possibly get them to fit. I guess Buck Rail needs to make an AR style pump handle/fore grip for theses
Awesome performance at 10 pumps of 15.5 ft lbs. Congrats.I can make out from your pics that the piston length is 5.75 inches and the tube length is 20.75 inchesCan you please confirm the exact length please ? Also the dimensions of the linkage if that is not asking for too much.ThanksManishQuote from: Back_Roads on January 28, 2022, 03:47:37 PM Well it was time to do the AR conversion on my C362 # 00731 I had done an overlay of the platforms and determined it could be doable.
