custom adapter for a 2240 that i have coming soon. Been doing some research on them and I think I have a pretty good ,quick and safe way to convert it to hpa. It involves replacing the rear valve cap and figuring out a way to recapture the poppet spring. as soon as it arrives I'm going to make my own rear power adjuster as well.
this was my first time threading on my lathe. now I need to get a transposing set so I can cut metric threads. it was way to easy to do, LOL

You obviously have more than a couple hours running a lathe, if I made that it would be ugly!

Th real trick is going to be making another to match. Then I’ll see what kinda skill I have for it.
Hmm... I took cad-cam back in my high school days. So I do have some knowledge. Had to look up specs for thread size. But then decipher where to set my change gear levers to give me the 1/2-20 threading. And I also cut my first high speed steel tool to cut aluminum as well. That was what came out in the end.
