Trigger improvements to a QB 79

Guys
I have been fighting a changing trigger pull for feel and shooting results etc.
I removed the side plate of the 79 trigger and did some measurements of the trigger and sear.
I found that my trigger would move sideways, to the left, on the trigger pin approximately .050-.060" + during use,
which caused the trigger to change pull weights, as the trigger release lip changed locations on the sear edge,
I could feel the differences when shooting, it started off with a light clean pull weight,
then changed to a gravely heavier pull weight, after a short while.
Note: this is still a OEM trigger, with NO changes by me, other than the pull weight adjustment.
So I got out the washer hole cutters and made some hard plastic washers to fit everything,
out of some stiff/hard plastic, and removed any whiskers or edges from cutting of the washers etc.
This made a plastic washer that would provide a uniform thickness and a raised flat, slick surface,
which would keep the trigger centered on the sear, the trigger will move freely on it's own weight,
when put back together and provide a uniform thickness to prevent the trigger from moving etc.
The removable side plate also has raised bosses/rings to keep the trigger and sear centered etc,
but there is a lot of slop, as I found out etc.
I am testing/shooting to see if the mods work and are safe etc.
I can also cut some plastic washers to just fit the trigger stud,
using different thickness's of material to provide the thickness as needed etc,
testing will tell which way to go etc.

Tia,
Don
