Got an email that this project is ready to go. Has anyone else gotten this email.
Because of this I am now going to build a prod. Got my money in now to get a Prod lol
Lee, Did you get the new CNC? hopefully you did and it's up and running!Anyway, I've been thinking(dangerous) of a way to carry spare mags on my new Prod using this stock. I put a strap on cheek riser on my Crossman stock'd Prod, it had a Velcro patch already. So, I had the wife sew me up a little nylon/elastic band pouch that individually held 3 spare mags and attached using that existing Velcro patch. Not going to work with this stock....Lee, Is there enough room for something on the underside of the cheek riser? maybe a little 3D printed item that could bolt thru the cheek riser and clip or other wise retain 2-3 mags? Just thinking out loud....John
Lee,Sounds like you've been busy Thanks for the pic. looks like their would be enough room for a little something... just need to figure it out.The Velcro strip on the inside of the butt plate is a good idea as well. I could just have my wife reconfigure my current set up to a vertical arrangement rather than horizontal. not sure I could get three mags vertical, certainly two and that's enough.John
Hi Lee,How are things progressing with the stocks?Might check a thread title "P-Rod?" in the darkside forum, page 5, another person interested in one of your stocks

I am currently machining the butt plates on the new Tormach. I will post a video of the profiling later. Here is a teaser of a fixture I was making to hold the plates for the final operation. I plan on shipping the stocks later this week. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SU_CNY1S1e6ZB0SvinZTqhgTMzZ98iCtDw/view?usp=sharing
That video is nothing, just wait until tomorrow. Chips are going to FLY when I run the final operation! I have this shinny new CNC Mill in my garage so I am deeply invested in cranking out quality stocks and taking on custom work. I got a hold of a Crosman 2400 carbine so that will be the next gun I will making a purpose built stock for. I don't yet have a PP700 but I am going to get a MKII when I can find one for a good price so I can design a side folding stock for it. Something that allows you to use it as both a pistol and a carbine and can be mounted on either side. Due to the limited rail space for optics, the stock mount will be dovetailed on top so you can still use your favorite scope or red dot.
I'm definately down for a 22xx model.
