Custom M-rod Bottle conversion

Winters here & the home brew projects get un-shelved & revisited.
For a couple years now been wanting to BOTTLE convert my original .22 Marauder, sadly the few parts out in the market place are TOO pricey or simply not available yet ... So went about fabricating most of the adaptation parts & pieces.
This rifle ALREADY has an Audrius in-tube regulator fitted, so spacing done to keep OEM gauge showing Reg pressure, Plenum & reg. Manifold once assembled is within 1/4" of contacting regs adjustment cap.
Manifold fabricated has BOTH a foster fill one side & Bottle pressure gauge on the other.
* Original rifle / stock was basically in this configuration prior to getting started ...
The base manifold made from a 1/1/4" round of aerospace grade 7075 T-6.
All the final dimensions cut to slip within OEM air tube once cut off minus the tube security hole.
The bottle ASA used was a High Quality billet piece used on a Palmers Blazer Paintball pistol, it a "Banjo" bolt mounting w/ top & bottom o-ring seals. Billet adapter shaped in such a way it indexes and is held straight & true.
Banjo bolt made from a grade 5 screw 3/8-16 bolt.
This picture showing the end that will be within OEM air tube. Vent hole to the forward manifold area kept small to give maximum threading for the tube retention screws.
Here just a view that represents the Finished length relative to factory tube.
Came in a tad shorter, but in reality @ the same OAL .. Just a Lot fatter !
This was the tough one !! .... did this by first 4 way drilling and reaming the 5/16" main tube holes, deburring tube then inserting the manifold, get it square & true, then re-index each 5/16" hole to get on absolute center then drill and tap each hole individually. * During this process had a Bar clamp holding manifold in tight and firm.
That done went about a trial fit and check over ... hey it actually fit together as planed !
Removed only @ 2" of the stock fore arm, then did some wood removal to clear the manifold and bell the end to match bottles shape. End result in the early fitting looks like this.
** Not done yet & reworking the shroud / ldc configuration while also bedding the bottles nose area to end of stock so lateral strength is beefed up if bottle takes a side strike. * You can see some black tape on the gap between wood & bottle. An epoxy/microballoon back fillet bedding is currently drying.
More finished pictures as it gets done
Good fun !!

Forgot to add ...
The original configuration ( .22 caliber ) shoots JSB 18.1 pellets @ 865 fps at 30 ft lbs.
Shot count a solid 40 under regulation and 10 past giving 50 shots within an ES of sub 10.
* OEM air volume w/regulator about 190 cc
Bottle used a 22 C.I. which is 360 cc ... with the small volume present between Reg & manifold we can say air volume @ doubled now
Looks like we may have a 100 shot rifle now ....

Nice bit of work.... Since you are not using a regulator on the tank, I would have taken a different approach and used a drilled 5/8"-18NF bolt (leaving enough wall for the appropriate strength) to simply install the tank to the manifold directly and installed the burst disc in the manifold.... One O-ring between the tank and manifold does it.... Here is the one I did on my Hayabusa, which is a reversed tank, but gives you the idea....
What you have done certainly works, and looks beautiful, however....

Very nice work. The way you secured the bottle to the tube is amazing. So...how much you gonna charge?

Lol ...Nothing
... being I'm not doing another.
Had been a spell sense machining on 7075 aluminum.
DANG that stuff is tough !!
As with many projects we tinkerers get into with our time being free, to put a workable wage on it ... the Bottle parts one can get would be the better deal
* This conversion was unique in that keeping an in-tube regulator intact required a non typical means in doing it.
Along with using what parts were stashed away in the old Paintball stash
