Vortek makes .749 OD springs in two different wire sizes. You could try getting the longest one they sell and cut it to your length requirements. You might also try the ARH spring matching service where you tell him what you need and he tells you what he has that might work.Have fun!
I will do some measuring tomorrow.I have looked at that Vortek spring and find nothing to indicate free length or coil spacing.Guess I will have to contact them. That appears to be a pretty stout spring. My spring compressor is a home made scope rail mounted affair.Travel is about 3" but I will measure to make sure.

I have the "open end" version here...
I REALLY wish that spring specs were available......Check the table in this auction:https://www.ebay.com/itm/155094552831Shows everything EXCEPT the spring rates...........Or, at least this one shows A rate, but based on how many coils....44??But, NO LENGTH or coil spacing specified..........Or, am I missing something???
While you have it apart? I'd button the piston. And on the Spring. Do they do a 'set' before shipping?I have a heavy threaded rod to 'set' my springs when new.
