I am a little confused (nothing new, really... just ask my wife) about the Schofields available. Am I right that this pistol had an early production and Barra restarted production with a few modifications? One modification is the placement of the cautionary legalize from the right frame panel (older production) to the barrel underside (new production)? If any of you gents bought one recently, can you confirm this and also include the place where you bought it from. I would much rather buy the one with the cautions on the barrel underside.Thank you

Mines are Barra and have the markings on the underside of the barrel, nothing on the right side. I bought them before Covid.
I wish they had them in .22 cal, if that was the case I'd own one, I'll bet it'd be a lot of fun with my cast wad cutters.
