There's also the sniper X2. I have one of those and removed the barrel shroud...much shorter that way.
The x2 is basically just a carbon fiber bottle version

They are rather good and light without the shroud and all those other extras. I have mine running at 270 fpe.Sniper-light_zpsmlpygkpg by abbababbaccc, on Flickr
I bet that sucker is LOUD! mine is set up the same way, but with factory power level. I'd love to get mine in the mid 200fpe range
It just so happens....I have the exact same setup that you're describing.Sniper .35 with the reflex Clague LDC on the end. It keeps the over-all length just a little shorter. With JSB's I'm running about 875fps. With my NOE cast HP slugs about 840fps.That tune will get me two full mags before I start dropping like a high fly softball out past second base!I've polished all the internals and have been running the original hammer spring configuration. In the interest of experimenting....I'm about to try a double-spring and see what that will do for me.Even with the LDC, I can't say it's really backyard friendly. I mean... It IS .35 after all!Accurate? Absolutely!
And so it looks like a .35 X2 will be filling the spot of the Winchester. Hopefully the accuracy of the X2 is the same as the Winchester. Any subtle nuances of this rifle? Anything I need to look out for? I won't be changing much of it's configuration; maybe just add another hammer spring if the FPS is a little on the low end. I'm curious to see how this turns out. It will be my first bottle gun.
Well then.
Ah yes...the poorly treated .45. I suppose the hard life it lived contributed to that, no?
