My Dealings with Tuxing

Guys I may be putting the cart in front of the Horse but I thought I'd share my Run in with Tuxing.
As some of you may know I have a Davv scu60 twin cylinder compressor.
And I try and keep parts Hoarded up...
I thought of ordering a compressor direct from tuxing but figured I'd test the waters first with a smaller spare parts order.
Finding out the hard way there are small differences in twin compressors.
That being different tube sizes, different thread sizes for the fittings, different machining or milling,
Parts may be powder coated or not, anodized, or not or some other type of outer finish. Or Not..
So right off it took a week or 10 days for them to acknowledge my order.
Then it took 3 weeks or so for my order to get here. That would have been ok had it been different upon arrival.
So Here's What I ordered and what I received.
Note my compressor is doing fine due to a previous re-build, but like I said I hoard parts and was comparing parts for fitment and started noticing problems, and then more problems and then something wrong with Everything I had ordered.
So to start off with I ordered 20 of the High compression rings, those little greenish fiber split rings that have 4 on rod stuck out the top of a piston.
Well I got 10 out of the 20 that I ordered.
Then I ordered a temp gauge. This is not a deal breaker but in conjunction with everything else, I'm listing it.
The batteries were dead, not a huge deal, tried fresh batteries and it seems to work fine.
Lastly and what Really ticks me off is the High side cylinder head that I ordered.
It was obviously a Take off part as it had score marks where bolts had been tightened down,
Upon further inspection, the barbed fitting was dinged and egg shaped.
Lastly the machining or mill work is different and the tube fittings are smaller.
The Pic's that I have show all this and just receiving this yesterday I have now fired off 4 different emails to tuxing as I kept finding more and more botched up and wrong.
I will update this and let you know if I get any resolution.(flip a coin)This is why I hate dealing across the pond.
They can have terrible customer service, then other times everthing is ok.
But this time was a total quagmire flop.
**Edit, Something else I will note. The return address on package was from California,. And from what I saw on tracking it originated from China.
I have no Idea....
I'm going to add pic's later if I can,. I may need help getting pics posted(Been so long I posted pic's)
Anyways that's my SoapBox Rant.

You have to have a minimum of 20 posts to be able to post pics to the forum. I would have told you that in the PM you sent me but I didn't know your current post count.

I have taken this issue to my payment provider and they have also sent them a pretty much demand to reply.
So between that and my 4 emails we will see what comes of it.
I have to admit I would still like to have this 2nd compressor.
I know how to work on them and I have a good amount of spare parts.
But it's riding on how this all pans out.
Keep you posted.

Here's a different angle showing the difference in Davv & Tuxing ...
Now it could be the difference in date of being made, but you see Davv is Black paint or Powder coat.
And the smaller fitting is so close to edge I couldn't drill and re-Tap unless I had a milling machine.
So this is $45 paper weight unless I send it back or get a 2nd unit that it'll fit.
The Davv cylinder you see beside it is a spare I bought years ago before my 1st Re-Ring.
