Monstrum scope rings

I found these on Amazon and they look really beefy and they're only $10.00. Has anyone used their products?
Monstrum Precision Scope Rings | 1 inch Diameter The forum wont let me post a link to Amazon I just thought they looked well made for the price. I guess these are picatinny specific rings, I didn't know they differred from standard Weaver rings, but the slots are wider on the picatinny mounts .180 for the Weaver slots vs .206 for the picatinny slots?

Simply stated, this difference means an accessory designed for a Weaver rail will fit into the wider Picatinny rail slot. However, accessories designed specifically for the Picatinny rail system will have notches that are too wide to fit the narrower Weaver spacing. The difference is quite small, and if you are handy with a file or Dremel tool, you might get it to fit.
