The length of bullpups, the needlessly added length of bloat stocks, and the needlessly short anemic airtubes, all this I have found fascinating.... 🔶So much that I have made three different photo lists of 40 bullpups, sorted acc. to length, bloat stocks, and anemic airtubes. 🔶My requirement for a gun that "technically is a bullpup" was 31" (80cm) or shorter (.22, with shroud or silencer). This kept "semi bullpups" off the list, and most Hatsan models, and the "long" bullpup versions (those with with extended barrels). But most bullpups available at the time made the list. So..., 31" seems a pretty good number. Matthias I'll attach one of the tree photo lists.
It makes no sense to me when Pups have the airtube significantly shorter then the shroud/barrel.that's why I like Eastern European pups
what would you consider a standard length is for a bullpup?
