Have you called and talked to them or was the exchange via email?
just a thought and i know everyone isnt mechanically inclined, but disassembly of the barrel from the receiver may make solving the issue obvious and simple, may be a matter of deburring something or tightening in a certain way .. as youve already seen accuracy isnt affected by an barrel out of alignment, the scope zero would be though ..
I purchased a Kratos about a year ago. By June the poppet valve had failed. I had to pay UPS $72.00 to send the darn thing back for repair. I couldn't get them to pay the shipping back. As far as I'm concerned so much for their so called 5 year warranty. In addition to this the lady i spoke with said they would send me a few tins of pellets for the trouble. Guess what I never received any pellets.I won't argue with anyone that has had a great experience with Crosman/Benjamin customer service. I learned my lesson no more Crosman/Benjamin guns for me.
For some of us, tinkering is part of the game. Many of us dismantle perfectly operating airguns right out of the box and clean, lube and put them back together. Sometimes they need it, sometimes not. But they can all benefit from some degree of tinkering.

You have to realize your problems were a result of your ignorance of the platform.Perhaps you should educate yourself before any future purchase. Many hunting air rifles have the first shot as the most powerful shot.Regards,Roachcreek
