I rem. he said the 116 gr was in the mid 1000s and the 135 gr in the high 900s with a 3800 psi fill,Accuracy was good at 150 yards
Im guessing that AD isnt doing something right cause the xp web site is now showing the badger for sale.might be keeping it in house.and im still waiting for my barrel,be her tues.those numbers were of dan's tests.its just a drop in barrel with no other changes
I was wrong!New barrel came in today with a new action bolt!Im guessing it was needed,Let me just add...Dan is the Man!I had all my lapping things ready..crown touch ..ect but this is the best looking barrel I have ever seen.!A+!Im not even gonna fool with it cause it looks that good.Mirror shine all the way threw with a 11 degree perfect crown! He is def. top notch!!
Jeremy when I talked to Dan he told me I would get a new barrel and bolt, he said if you could use a allen wrench you could change out the bolt and barrel in a few minutes as they had made it very user friendly.
That is a awesome rig you got!!!Your making me want to dump more $ into mine so I demand you stop!!!LMBO!Are you guys still in rifle season?Im west of 29 so ours is over.I have a spot east I can go but I just had surgery on my spine Dec 5th so Im moving pretty slow!I did not realize that it was a true 357 barrel.Actually mine is slugging in at 356 so 357 is what you wanna shoot! This opens up even more doors to ammo! You can always size .358 down but you cant size .356 up (well...you can beagal the mold but...) that was always the issue with my Recluse cause its a .3586 dia .357!I needed fat slugs!Looks like I need a sizing die now!!
