Zeroed @ 20 yards, with the Hawke Airmax 30 the .25 FX Crown is fairly flat shooting. The attached screenshot is from the Hawke X-Act app with BC and velocity plugged in from the JSB King 25.39 grain pellets and the Crown set up to shoot them at 905fps (45-46fpe). Distances and holdovers are displayed right and left of the AMX reticle, they are dead on in comparison to actual POI. This is a awesome app forvany Hawke scope owners out there.
Yes 905fps is about as fast as you can shoot without loosing stability. You can use the Hawke X-act with any milldot scope does not have to be a hawke to get the hold overs. Nice little app.Are you excited about your FX? I can't tell Buddy just got a Impact and RAW .22 will be shooting them soon.

I am excited, this is my first .25 caliber and it is very accurate and powerful... Blown away!FX Imact and the Raw airguns are awesome as well 👍🏽
Joe, I Really enjoy a .25. So versatile! Knife
I too am strongly considering the FX in .25. One thing I hadn't heard yet was at what pressure does it fall off the reg? i.e. when do you have to fill it up again? 3000psi? 2500? Any details would be greatly appreciated!

So at factory settings the .25 FX Crown falls off the regulator @ 135bar or 1959psi. I have adjusted my Crown’s regulator up to 140bar (2030psi) so it falls off the regulator @ that pressure. The Carbon fiber air pressure bottle is 480cc.
Thanks Joe-- very helpful.]
... FX Crown .25 Walnut ... Streamline’s big sister has come to live with us. Frankly, never been as happy with a new guns’ features, feel, and performance as I am with this rifle.

And which one would be that 10?

Frankly, never been as happy with a new guns’ features, feel, and performance as I am with this rifle.A: The Streamline is the gun I’ll grab when I want to use .22 caliber. I choose .22 caliber due to pellet choices and shot count. If I could have my gun in the exact same dimensions with the same shot count but in .25 I probably would have gone .25 caliber. I don't know if I would think hmm I can't shoot this with a .25 I better find a .22 to shoot it with. I can see how the streamline might be easier to shoulder for a walk about.

I'm in the process of selling some crypto right now and will have a .25 Crown ordered as soon as the money hits my bank account! Soooo looking forward to having this awesome airgun!
Joe, thanks for the awesome write-up on the FX Crown. I recently picked up a grey laminate .25cal and am absolutely amazed at this airgun. And I have over 90 airguns so it takes something very spectacular to really impress me. LOLI have the .22cal kit and just ordered the .30cal kit also. This one airgun may cover all my needs. Especially with all of the external adjustability. Just awesome. Thanks again!!!I'm late to the party but doing a search of all FX Crown posts on the forum. Surprised so many posts have no responses though.Oh, and yes, Dilly, Dilly!!!!
