Manny, you will get a PM with your discount code when they are ready.... If you have your NOE Forum Profile set to send you an email announcement of all PMs you will also get an email.... I will also post here on the GTA when the moulds hit the store....Bob
Just Talked to Al a few minutes ago, and they are running the .25's NOW!!! Woo-Hoo+1! Knife
It is said that this is more like the .30 design. I need to search the successes or failures of the design. Not much said about them.Only a couple of years ago, we scoffed at the thought of casting pellets. The Fellow from Africa was the first I remember offering such a mold. I enjoy casting for AG Bullets. Knife
I went for the RG-4 Aluminum myself, these gotta work better than the discontinued ones. I'm tempted to modify that other mold, will see when I get this next one. I should probably wait till I get the discount code on N.O.E. before I make my final order.
Wayne, I am not aware of anyone modding the original .25 cal NOE pellet mould.... JSB seem to be moving away from cylindrical pellets, their "Redesigned Monsters" look more like the 34 gr. King Heavies, which is the proportions I went for in the .30 cal (and this new .25 cal)....aYou are right, Kirby, when modding a mould, or adding a HP pin, accurate setup is everything.... along with a VERY rigid machine.... I use edge finders all the time, but I don't have the skills, or equipment, to even contemplate modding a mould.... with one exception, I might consider milling off the deck height to shorten / lighten a bullet mould.... With the pellet mould having the opening the diameter of the Meplat, I don't see how you could bore out the middle anyways....Bob
