Well, I am a bit late but this is something I do. First you need a crossbow target rated for 600 FPS or better. I use 2 crossbow targets back-to-back.
Up front is a Block target and behind is a huricain bag target. On low power at 30 yards, it just about buries itself flush in the target with field points. At 40 yards on full power still will just about bury itself. There is zero drop until about 45 yards. Have fun and an arrow puller is handy to have. I use a wing shot 2. You will find it is going around 510 FPS. Have fun. They are accurate. I use a 1x5 scope.

That's some serious air arrow power. My Air Saber doesn't come close to that. Neither does my crossbow (400 fps or so).

Is it accurate in the 500s?

DLP:
Deffently use 2 targets. I put a piece of rubber carpet pad in between them It helps save the fletching. It’s not legal here in Mi yet. It really isn’t all that fun to shoot as pulling arrows out of “The Block” target is a bear! Only shot a few times out of the Wingshot. Haven’t tried in the Doubleshot yet.
