This is "my" goof ball baby raven, Edgar.  He and his brother Poe are now 6-7 weeks old, are flying well, and are now living outside.  They either roost on our covered porch, or in the trees between me and my neighbor.  Edgar is turning into a very handsome fellow (?), and is currently the same size as a large crow.  That makes him roughly half grown!  Poe still lags behind due to the leg injury, but is learning to compensate nicely.  They continue to look to me for food and security, and seem to genuinely enjoy being with me.  They also crack me up on a regular basis, this picture is a perfect example :-)!  Much as I want them to be independent and able to take care of themselves, it will be a truly sad day when they decide to leave.  I just hope it doesn't come too soon...  Later.

Glad to see you enjoy being around them as much as they being around you.

Don't have many Ravens around here. I understand they are rather intelligent.

Look's he's holding up great and I've had my days when I looked like that lol. I wouldn't be surprised if they hung around your area after their full grown and ready to go, you became their parent and there's a connection there. 8) Ed
