Help Shooting IFP Paper Targets at 30 Yard

I been shooting Hunter Field Target since November last year. I am shooting a TX200 off a Bogpod while seated on a 5 gallon bucket. In my first competition, I took 3rd place in a field of high-end PCPs. Call it beginner's luck!

In spite of my early success, I am having problem with improving my 30 yard IFP paper targets. Since my AG club is in Wisconsin, we compete during the Winter (6 months) indoors with IFP paper targets. I seem to be stuck in the mid 20s to low 30s score (on a good calm day). I think it has to do with shooting one shot per bulls. 

Today I shot a 25/50 at 30 yards with a 12 mph cross wind on my home range. Just for fun, I shot my rabbit silhouette with a 1.5" kill zone at 50 yards with the same cross wind 9 out of 10 times! What gives? I can shoot silhouettes just fine, but when it comes to IFP paper targets, I am mediocre at best.

Any advice would be appreciated. I think I am more relaxed and intuitive when I am shooting silhouette targets, and over analytical when shooting IFP paper targets.

Those IFP targets don't have as much visual contrast as, say, a day-glo orange paddle on a dark brown rabbit.
Just for giggles, maybe color in the IFP kill zones and put a bigger amount of black around them. See if results change.

OK, well, in American Field Target, we shoot at metallic silhouettes, not paper.  Paper targets on the sighting range, but metal targets with Kill Zone holes on the competition course.
