Shots per Match

I've been reading the rules for HFT and don't see anywhere of how many targets/shots are typical of a HFT match.

The one I competed in was 60 with 6 forced position shots.

I see on the website it depends on the amount of shooters but is there a minimum. There may be a few as 4 of us but could be more.

I'm not aware of any, the range had 10 lanes with 3 targets per that you shot twice.

30 targets with one shot per target.

I don't think we're going to be able to have 30 different targets for our first meet. We may have ten, so we may just shoot each one 3 times.

48 to 60 is typical out west.
Forced lanes generally 2 using 8 shots ( 2 targets per lane tho 3 can be used as well )

On my limited experience so far it was similar to what Scott said above. 40-60 something depending upon course set up and the shoot itself.

I think it is up to the match director.
AAFTA has some guidelines for their sanctioned matches but local matches....

At Diablo (Concord, CA) we run 24 and at Ione/Yolo (Sacramento)it depends on how Scott (motorhead) and Jim feel at the time.

It makes me no never-mind.
I shoot my 30%, regardless.

We shoot once a month here in NY and we do 60 shots with 2 mandated lanes one kneeling and one standing
