We need to know the chrony data, otherwise we're just guessing wildly. The gun should be capable of much more than 800s with a reg set at 135 bar. It will probably do that speed at 110 bar(guessing). Tell us what pellets you have tried, if you can. I've had some Hatsans that wouldn't shoot the JSB 18.1 to save their life, but did well with others. I've had the best luck with Barracuda Match in 5.51 head size in almost every Hatsan barrel I've owned, fwiw. So, we need to know:1. What pellets you've tried, and what head size(if applicable)2. What speed the pellets are shooting, so get out the chrony. If you give us that info, we can probably be of more help. To answer your question, that depends. If we assume you are shooting well, then the gun should be able to do better. However, we don't know if you're shooting the best pellet in your barrel either
Also once of the big things that's bugging me it's that I've seen a post where a guy has one of these rifles and he's getting 23/24 shots at around 50ft/lbs with barracuda match. That's nearly 1000fps for over 20 shots with no modifications. Mine would only get about 12 at that pace. Knowing that is as lot of what's driving me nuts about this rifle.
I did some push throughs for another post. I think the bigger pellets will be there opposite and open up thre groups. I tried Griffin slugs and the .217 -20 grain shot better then the. .218's of the same weight (though they were both still not great groups) Something I did notice was that when slugging, the pellet loosened up about an inch before the choke. I put this down to the rifling reaching its full cut depth at just that point BUT it could also be that I have a bad barrel?Thre pic attached is the barracuda match 21 before the choke and through the choke. The slug pics at the start of this thread are pre and post choke also.
It's a recon and I may be out of my 90 days already. I'll have to check

Obviously, they'd think "why is he asking now after that amount of time", but it's worth a shot anyway. Just do the online form and explain the situation, you may be surprised If that doesn't work out, I may know of someone on here that has a factory barrel they'd be willing to sell ya a little cheaper than Hatsan will. I think they are about $90 from Hatsan. If they won't replace it for free, it may be worth your effort to try the Monster RD, or 5.52 BM. 50 fpe is a bit fast for the BM match though.
I just read that thread. His usable shot string is around 24 with a 4% spread and 14 with 2%.
