yes, much. Ok, so what do you intend to do about the broken bolt knob... do you have a spare? What do you think caused it?

It's just a little too fat for the channel in the Baker breech though. I'll find a bolt that works around here somewhere or order another one.It was a little difficult to close, but not what I would consider excessive. I'm going to investigate and see if I need to remove some material from the chamber end of the barrel and reface it. I'm not sure what to call it in the airgun world, but if I were talking PBs I would say it's a possible headspace issue.

Eddie, are you sure it's not a pellet loading issue? Are you familiar with the SPA loading issues? It may be like that.
That is respectable for .25 This just in, I was reading this, and thought hey I should check my tracking, WOW UPS dropped off right after I came in from putting more logs on the fire. This ones SN is 00760, I think this one gets put away as my specimen. So #Number 00731 gets the mods.
Yep, the handle broke on my Baker big bore breech.
Quote from: EdinGa on January 25, 2022, 03:39:03 PMYep, the handle broke on my Baker big bore breech. You too? The Crosman OEM bolt handle broke on my 362 the other day. It was the bolt on the 2240 steel breech. Surprised the heck out of me. I immediately ordered a replacement extended probe and handle from ebay. It'll be here in a few days and I can get back to shooting.
