Damon;
If you have Windows 7 or higher you can use the snipping tool in accessories. I put it into my task bar for convenience. Bring your picture up onto the screen and use the snipping tool to crop the picture. You can snip anything on the screen at anytime with it. Then save it. It will save in jpeg format and well within the GTA size limits. The nice thing is you don't have to submit to any BS from any hosting site. You can build your own library on your own computer.  Here is a sample of what's on my screen right now.
Hope this helps.... Happy New Year.

I use Gimp for all my photo doctoring stuff myself, I went ahead and copied one of your photos, and doctored it up to a 1280x720.  True it's not as detailed as the original but it's more reasonable for showing a pic in the forum using 3rd party with Flickr

Backing off air gun purchases for awhile. Need to enjoy what I have awhile but, I'm waiting for these to hit the States. I hear they are hard to pump... your thoughts?

Yeah both my pumpers Iíll likely stick w open sights.  Only 4 of my 12? I think guns have scopes/red dots.  And itís not hard to pump imo.  But I guess that depends on personal preference and/or strength.  Maybe slightly more effort than my 392 if thatís a helpful comparison.  Both have the problem of slapping the barrel.  I usually gingerly press it back or stick a sock in between tbh lol.  Both are great guns for their respective prices.

Damon, using a strip of the fuzzy side of some Velcro will help with this problem. Apply it to the inside of the pump handle where it makes contact with the tube.

I bought a 2" roll of closed cell foam insulation tape for bedding springers for $11. It's 1/8" thick and forms nicely. That's what I use in my pump handle. The Velcro is also good. The foam tape can be sized to cover the entire inside of the handle.

Did you actually shoot THAT accurately from 50 yards, with open sights ??  I wouldn't even dream of that...

BTW, a very happy new year to you, that seems to begin quite well.

Noooo, I wish haha.  That was only from 20 yards.  I donít have the space for more than that on my property without scaring the neighbors.  So itís a safe bet that any spreads posted by me are from 15-20 yards unless I say otherwise.  I just canít wait for the mauser thatís coming tomorrow.  I need to find a classic leather strap somewhere...  it seems to always be out of stock for pyramid.  Happy new year to you as well!

Oh and Dave and Bill, Iíll have to try those out.  Iím pretty anal when it comes to my guns so if it doesnít look perfect I canít make any modifications.  I know.  Iím an odd character.  I treat all my guns like my children.

The Velcro doesnít show on my ĎDans & 342s. Youíll only know itís there when it quiets the ďclackĒ when you pump.

Anyway, even at 20 yards, that's really excellent!!!
What I'm pleased with your report is that it's about a neither tuned nor modified rifle, if I'm not wrong. So one can expect something similar when buying it, chinese stuff lottery aside (but some say here  that you got more opportunities to win at the SPA lottery).
Now, how loud is it ? Those who live with desert acres all around won't mind but I really enjoy good relation with my neighbourhood with an LDC on each of my air rifles... and handguns.

Here's the other exciting thing... The Varmint, Plinkster, Pumper (shown here), Cp1 and CP2 all interchange. I bought the Varmint in .177. I ended up with a CP2 in .22. I swapped the receiver and long barrel from the CP2 onto the Varmint. Not only did I get a sweet shooting HPA repeater in .22 but, I also has a quite effective screw on LDC that really quiets it down. Way better than the stock one did.
SPA lego.... heck yeah.
