Getting back into this wonderful hobby. I slowed way down shooting my PCP rifles mainly because it was kind of a pain to get air....the drive was the main reason. Now that my tank I bought from pomona air years ago has expired left me with a decision to either by a new tank.. continue to drive to a scuba shop for fills...you guys that live in a rural area like me know what a pain that is....or buy a compressor..Well after board meeting with the CEO...(wife) About buying a compressor the ok was given...I looked at everything from nardi usa Atlantic, American air works...you name it. But that price is a bit steep...doable but expensive..Next I looked at Omega...air Venturi and alpha carette 90. Those 3 look to be a decent PCP compressor that for personal use could last for years with proper maintenance. After reading all the reviews... YouTube videos I could watch..looks like I will be calling joe in the next few weeks to order a carette 90 with all the options...I think it would make me a great compressor that would last for a good while...Now I can get back to shooting my PCP rifles again...not that I wasn't having fun shooting my springers..but neglecting a PCP is just wrong! Oh....thanks to everyone that done reviews on compressors on the GTA. It too was a huge help!
Glad somebody could make up their mind...Congrats....Im still undecided...
I have the tuxing compressor I like it. not fancy but the price was right so far ive had no real issues with it . the only real issue I have now with the compressor is wanting to get a 4500 tank to go with my 3000 one lol
