While attempting to modify my stock on my Ruger Blackhawk Elite, I snapped it off just behind the handle. I was going to buy a new stock for it,( or try and get a used one just so I could shoot it ). I then discovered I had an old Ruger Mini 14 folding stock I no longer had any use for. I took off the folding stock and fit it to the Blackhawk stock, It isn't pretty, but it is functional again.

Very cool! You don't need it now but I have an extra Black Hawk Elite stock. I had an Airhawk give up the ghost a few years ago. It was in an XS25 bamboo thumbhole stock I got from the guy on the other channel. It was cheaper and easier to buy a refurb BHE than fix the AH. I put it in the bamboo stock and put a steel muzzle break/weight on the front end that I got from the same place I got the stock. I think the BHE muzzle break is on an old B3 around here somewhere if I haven't sold it or given it away. Nice job on your carbine.
Speaking of Mini 14's. I had a weaver type scope rail mounted on another B3. A bud got a new rear sight for his Mini 14 and gave me the old rear sight I went back to my gunsmith and he cut a notch in the center of the weaver rail and mounted the mini 14 rear sight. I put the scope on top of some tall see-thru rings and can use the scope or iron sights.

Know what you mean. I got a couple of QB6's and B3-1 AK's with metal folding stocks.

Well I put fold down MBUS sights on it, it shoots rather well now. Definitely looks tactical, if a single shot, auto safety pellet rifle can truly be tactical. I'm going to see about a different stock for it though, I'm not feeling the folding stock set up. It's too hard to get a consistent cheek weld.
