Gorton's beer batter fish tenders with tots.
I did this with the crotch goblins tonight for dinner. It was fun for us the Monster made her own the Tot I made one for him. I made 3 for me but only got 2 because the Tot ended up wanting more... The sauce from the can is as described good for canned sauce and I will use it again. I did not use the fresh motz as none available at the walmart I went to. We only did the pepperoni version but next time I may do the other way. Also I did this in the oven and it took 9 minuet's at 450 as a note off a cold aluminum commercial aluminum baking sheet. It is nice to have a commercial restaurant supplier near by and its less expensive than the "commercial" nordica stuff you can get at walmart. I know it's not pizza crust so dont think it is gonna replace it but I am not mad at it, and the kids had fun.https://www.atbbq.com/blogs/recipes/too-easy-biscuit-pizzas?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=product_shelf
It was decent. If it were served warm and fresh, it would have be very good. But, for me, free, is always good!
My Darling Wife made fresh homemade Sourdough bread from scratch yesterday.... Yummmmmmmmm !!!!Bob

I bet rolling the whole thing into a flat sheet of dough would work as a pizza crust, albeit very different in taste and texture. How about spreading a layer of precooked cold ground Italian sausage on it and rolling the thing into a tube again before baking that? Fake calzone!Heck, my broke boyfriend and I (waaaaay back when) used to make ersatz pizzalets from generic English muffin halves, equally generic pizza sauce, and shredded mozzarella.
