The stock is original. You have an HW55T. The T stands for tyrolean. In that condition, providing it shoots, 650 is within reason.
The M on the breech is standard for that type of action. It was set in different types of stocks. The tyrolean stock was a special order item.
I have to agree with Dave: the HW 55s are lovely little rifles. I have an HW 55 CM and, at my present level of skill, I am as accurate with it as I am with any of my more fancy 10M rifles. it's also lighter and very easy to cock and lock with the barrel locking lever.
