Here is a simple mod for the 13xx - 22xx pistol butstock to aid fine tunning your scope or sights wile target shooting.
You need a knob of some kind that is threaded and at least a hand drill.
-First remove the stock then clamp it still
- drill a 1/4 or #f drill size hole in the but of the stock
- tap the hole with a 5/16 18 tap ... if u do not have taps use one of those threaded brass inserts for wood furniture and the proper size drill
- debur your hole
- add a nut to the knob so you can use it a position lock
- add a bit of pipe thread tape to the tip only to make it a snug fit on the threads preventing it from spinning on its own .
This along with a bi pod will give you sort of a built in adjustable bench rest !
I got tired of shimming the but and trying to hold it still this works great till I get a good bench rest

I took mine a step further and shaped the knob on the lathe to my liking
This can also be done by chucking the knob in a drill and spinning it on a file and sandpaper

This can be done another way also , simply drill and tap the spot closest to the but pad on the lower frame rail then use the lock nut on the top inside the frame. This is easier but u will have a lot more threads showing this way
Pic of how to do this

With a good sturdy bi pod this will give u fine increment adjustment for your vertical and holdover/hold under shots
Add a lighter trigger spring and you can put pellet on top of pellet over and over
