Sweet, maybe I can make this one. I missed the first one due to many reasons with weather being the biggest.

LUCKY!
I have been trying every gun in my arsenal lately at this match (my favorite)... with this wind the results have not been worth posting.  ::)

Awe, you gotta post something. When the days just wonít stop blowing Iíll use a flashlight or two to take advantage of the typically lower wind hours just after dark.

Nice shooting Steve!

Looks like you used a .25 target but are shooting a .22, which is ok but you need to use a .25 pellet or .25 gauge (like a gehmann) to score this properly. There may be another center dot or 2 that could be completely removed by a .25. The .25 target needs the center dot completely removed whereas the .22 does not, just need to be touching.

Other than those couple questionable center dots there are really no other close calls which can only be accurately scored by using a gauge. With that said it looks like 191 5x (maybe 6 or 7x). Again, scoring from a picture is only an estimate though.

Forgot I printed for .25- so scoring counts higher ring if overlapping( say half in 9 ring & half in 8- X counts if in center or does it have to take out dot(say half in 9 & half in center)

For these 30yd targets you always get the higher scored ring that you are touching. The only difference is the .25 target must have the center dot removed for an X score whereas the .177 and .22 only need to touch.

Deckard  I feel your pain being in MA.- might try again today as only calling for 15 mph crosswind -always a challenge here with avg. wind ~ 10 mph & variable- 30yds.(not too bad) 100 yds(scratch head & shoot) I've had left, right, angled all in 2-3 shots- but great practice on hold-off

I am submitting this as my first entry. Gives me a lot of room for improvement

It is the first and only target I have shot
It looks like the zero is about a half inch low and the c to c size of the group is about a half inch

The zero point looks like it is 6 o'clock on the 9 ring

I am impressed Dennis. i think my first one was about that also. Just keep shooting and better scores will come. At least sometimes. Remember it is all fun and as John Denver said-- Some days are diamonds, some days are stones.

Thanks Pops, I have been on a journey with the FWB and I think I am closing in,  I have gone through 4 UTG scopes that all lost their centering after a tin or two.  one was bad from the start. I just think the recoil was too much for them.

Hopefully the Hawk will hold up,  I have got a few very good 30yd groups with it

It does seem to change POI with temperature,  early morning at 52*  and afternoon at 85* and it seems to be shifting significantly.  so I have had to re zero for the different times of the day, not sure if that is normal.

Once zeroed it stays where it is supposed to.

I still have the test pellets you sent, I could never get a consistent enough group to make it worth while to do comparisons.

Hopefully I will get to try  them soon, I have only had the Hawk for 3 days

Finished in a slight rain so the score sheet is a little wrinkled. Also ran out of its preferred pellet and had to switch to CPHP which actually shot better than the shooter.
Thanks Scott
