With the force a good PCP send an arrow sharp plastic heds will surely do the trick unless they hit bone straight on then bets are off but pure tissue would be devastating.I would try printing a 3 blade like Snuffers or Woodsmans

It's a pyramid shape with a hole in the bottom that slides over the arrow shaft. It is 100 grains and 1.3" corner to corner. Should leave a BIG hole.
Would that design be a bit easier on targets/traps for recovering the shaft at least? Looks like it could be devastating on game.
You could always take one of the over the shaft arrowheads on Thingiverse and in drop your Pyramid on top of it in Vectary so you have the hole from the already modeled arrowhead with the body of the Pyramid over it. Then export as an STL and it will be one piece
