Aea fill rate

Those having aea challengers, notice the very slow fill rate?

That's not the case with mine, I'm guess you might have a possible o ring extrusion or something in the fill port of it, you might send an email to one of the guys from where you bought it. I have had that happen with other pcps I have and replacing that will make a lot of difference if that is indeed the problem.  With mine if I"m not careful I can easily fill it way to fast if I don't pay attention.

Are you making sure to cock it before trying to fill it?

My challenger BP fills normal , not to fast not real slow ,but my terminator fills super slow , I need to take it apart and check  the Orings in the fill port ,just haven't taken the time to do it , I called Zac and he told me to turn the gage ccw until you hear gas escaping to degass it and I've used that method to degass the challenger several times.

Yes..it was cocked. Both challengers I have fill at the same rate. Takes about 60 sec to equalize with the fill tank.
